RED SEEDED TABLE GRAPE

 

  • Baies rouges croquantes avec pépins, moyennement larges et rondes
  • Unique rich and fruity flavor, close to Muscat flavored grapes
  • Relatively thin skin, adherent (non-slipskin) to a firm, fleshy pulp
  • Medium conical, slightly loose to very compact clusters
  • Hardy to zone 5b, up to approximately -25°C (-13°F)
  • Maturité: mi-saison, mi-septembre en zone 4b. Nécessite environ 1150 DJC 10°C (Degrés-Jours de Croissance base 10°C) –ou 2070 DJC base 50°F- to mature fruit
  • Vigorous vine
  • Very disease resistant
  • Ideal for fresh eating

Le Swenson Red, le Trollhaugen  et le Petite Jewel – 3 cépages offerts par Vignes Chez Soi- sont des « demi-soeurs » du côté de leur maman!

 

En effet les cépages ont tout deux pour ascendant maternel le MN78 (fleur) fécondé, dans le cas du Swenson Red, par le pollen du “papa” Seibel 11803 aussi appelé Rubiland.

2024 DELIVERIES: all orders and pre-orders placed since July 3, 2023 will be sent on Tuesday May 21, 2024, and then every Monday from this date. The plants are sent by carrier (Canada Post, or other...). Reception is 2-3 business days after the shipping date for Quebec, 4-5 business days after the shipping date for the rest of Canada.

CUSTOMER PICKUP 2024: pickups will be made from Saturday May 18, 2024, directly from Vignes Chez Soi, during opening hours and by appointment only
