GREEN-GOLDEN SEEDED TABLE GRAPE

 

  • Green to golden green berries, with a sweet and fruity flavor
  • Medium, juicy, slightly crisp and tender berries
  • Non slipskin berries
  • Small, medium-compact to compact, cylindrical and uniform clusters
  • Hardy to zone 4b, up to approximately -32°C (-25,6 °F)
  • Ripening period: midseason, end of September in zone 4b. Requires 1100 DJC 10°C (Degree-Days Celsius base 10°C)-or 1980 DDF base 50°F- to mature fruit
  • Very vigorous vine
  • Very disease resistant
  • The buds at the base of the spurs can be infertile. Long pruning is recommended (long spur lengths)
  • Ideal to eat fresh or to make juice
  • Can also be used to make a neutral wine, for table use or blending purposes and in exceptional years, it can have a flowery nose and stand on its own as a varietal wine
  • Self-pollinating

Elmer Swenson a utilisé le Kay Gray comme parent pour le Brianna et le Louise Swenson.

2024 DELIVERIES: all orders and pre-orders placed since July 3, 2023 will be sent on Tuesday May 21, 2024, and then every Monday from this date. The plants are sent by carrier (Canada Post, or other...). Reception is 2-3 business days after the shipping date for Quebec, 4-5 business days after the shipping date for the rest of Canada.

CUSTOMER PICKUP 2024: pickups will be made from Saturday May 18, 2024, directly from Vignes Chez Soi, during opening hours and by appointment only
