  • Petites baies rondes bleu-foncé, très juteuses et sucrées avec pépins
  • Non slipskin berries
  • Sweet and tangy flavor with no trace of tartness
  • Small and compact clusters
  • Extrêmement rustique, jusqu’en zone 3 (possiblement 2b). Probablement le plus rustique des cépages existant actuellement
  • Maturité: très hâtif, fin août en zone 4b. Nécessite environ 900 DJC 10°C (Degrés-Jours de Croissance base 10°C) -ou 1620 DJC base 50°F- pour arriver à maturité
  • Very vigorous and productive vine

Le Valiant est un cépage très rustique. Il aurait apparemment supporté -45,5°C (-50 ° F) au Manitoba, Canada, sans avoir été blessé par ces températures extrêmes.

2024 DELIVERIES: all orders and pre-orders placed since July 3, 2023 will be sent on Tuesday May 21, 2024, and then every Monday from this date. The plants are sent by carrier (Canada Post, or other...). Reception is 2-3 business days after the shipping date for Quebec, 4-5 business days after the shipping date for the rest of Canada.

CUSTOMER PICKUP 2024: pickups will be made from Saturday May 18, 2024, directly from Vignes Chez Soi, during opening hours and by appointment only
